Family and inheritance law
I take care of all matters related to the property of the spouses. I assist in the division or separation of property and act as an estate distributor ordered by the district court. I draw up prenuptial agreements and gift deeds, and I also advise on other matters related to property. I advise my clients in all matters related to inheritance law, from inheritance tax planning to making a will as well as settling and dividing the estate.
I prepare individual powers of attorney and advise on their use. I act as the executor of the will and as the liquidator and distributor of the estate.
Children's rights
I handle matters related to children's custody, housing, visitation rights and alimony, as well as lawsuits related to them.
I will find out the possibility of resolving the issues by settlement or dealing with them in mediation.
If the visitation right between the child and the parent is not realized, I will find out the possibility of applying for its enforcement.
International Family Law
I handle family law cases with international connections. I have handled numerous matters concerning the return of a child under the Hague Convention.
In international family law matters, it is good to consult an expert as early as possible. I also have contacts with other lawyers working in other countries.
Litigation
I have decades of experience acting in various litigations, both civil and criminal. I also act as a trustee's deputy appointed for a specific task.
Costs
I find out the possibility for my clients to get their court costs reimbursed either through legal aid or home insurance. The hourly charge for clients receiving legal aid is 120e/h and for others 220e/h plus valid value added tax. You can get a more detailed price list from my office upon request.
